What can we eat if we Hurry for Gym

It often happens that the busy lifestyle we’re living, causes not get to eat at the time to be able to do a good training. It happens to get hungry in the Gym, and then we do not have power and often it happens that we feel fatigue, dizziness, and shaking our hands. Or if we eat directly before training food arrives to digest and we feel the return of food and even retching and again fatigue and inability to effective training.

Professionals advice to have lunch at least two hours before training. If we get that honor, here are some suggestions on what to eat before training. It doesn’t take a lot of time and you will get enough of strength for quality training:
