Recipe

Ingredients:

6 dried plums

100 ml boiled water

2 tablespoons of oat flakes

1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon cocoa powder.

300 ml kefir

Procedure:

Every night, put six dried prunes covered with 100 ml boiled water, folded for 10 minutes. During that time put two tablespoons of oatmeal in a plate and one teaspoon of ground flaxseed, and one teaspoon cocoa. Pour 300 ml of yogurt and stir well.

Chop the plums into tiny pieces and add them to the previous mixture, then leave the cocktail in refrigerator overnight.

Drink this cocktail in the morning on an empty stomach, instead of breakfast.
